Agency Elephant includes an Automated Sales Pipeline.

Its designed to help you get missed quoting opportunities, follow up on your quotes, and onboard your customers.

It really doesn't have to be super complicated.

There is one area that you will have to update on your onboarding campaign to use it completely. You need to edit your day 3 sms drip message with your link to your google review site. (you can use any site, but most use google).

Your sales pipeline is set up in the following way.

Lead:

No automation attached to dragging someone into the lead column
Automation on this status starts at month 5.5.
Designed to try to get leads re-engaged in a quoting opportunity.
Review the SMS drip titled "Lead Not Quoted"
Pipeline will move leads into the sms drip above, which as a trigger time to hit them around month 5.5

Prospect:

No automation attached to dragging someone into the prospect column
Automation on this status starts at month 5.5.
Designed to try to get prospects re-engaged in a quoting opportunity.
Review the SMS drip titled "Prospect Not Quoted"
Pipeline will move leads into the sms drip above, which as a trigger time to hit them around month 5.5

Proposal:

When you drag someone into the "Proposal" status, automation starts the following business day under the "Quote Follow Up BFY" drip. (go review the verbiage and timing)
Your prospect will get followed up via SMS for a period of 30 days to bind the quote
If you do not drag them to the "Sale" status when they bind the policy at day 31 they will start to receive a "Quotes not Closed" drip automatically. Review the SMS drip "Quotes not Closed BFY" to review the drip. It will automatically be moved into that drip on day 31 of sitting in the "Proposal Status"

Sale:

When you drag someone into the "Sale" status on your pipeline it will start the "Onboarding BFY" sms drip campaign. This campaign is designed to onboard your customers consistently, asking for reviews, thanking them for their trust, and asking for referrals. (Please review the verbiage of this SMS drip campaign titled "Onboarding BFY" to make sure you are comfortable with it.
